Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

The following cancellation, return, and exchange conditions apply to all purchases made through Maris & Moss. All processes are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.
Cancellation requests must be sent to info@marisandmoss.com.
Once the cancellation is approved, the payment will be refunded to the buyer’s account within 1–3 business days.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipment
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process applies.
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
2.1 General Return Period
The buyer may request a return by exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Returns Within the Scope of the Right of Withdrawal
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Once the returned product reaches the seller, the refund will be made within a maximum of 10 business days.
2.3 Returns Due to Seller Error
In the following cases, all costs are covered by Maris & Moss:
Incorrect product sent
Defective or damaged product
Broken frame or damaged poster
Incorrect variation sent
2.4 Conditions Required for Returns
Returned products must be:
Unused
Undamaged
In original packaging (frame/poster)
Complete with all accessories
In resalable condition,
3. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Personalized or custom-made products prepared specifically for the buyer
Custom sizes, custom prints, or custom frame requests
Products that have been used, hung on the wall, or damaged
Digital products (downloadable content)
Products that have been altered or modified
4. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
4.1 Exchange Period
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
4.2 Use of Exchange Rights
To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused and undamaged
The product must be in its original packaging
Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the buyer
In case of seller error, shipping costs are covered by the seller
4.3 Stock Availability
If the requested exchange product is out of stock, the buyer may receive a refund or choose a different product.
5. REFUNDS
Returned products are inspected upon receipt by the seller.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 days using the original payment method.
Delays caused by banking procedures are not the responsibility of the seller.
6. DELIVERY & TRANSFER OF RISK
The buyer is responsible for checking the package at the time of delivery.
If the package is damaged, a Damage Report must be prepared; otherwise, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.
Maris & Moss cannot be held responsible for damages that occur after delivery.
